Mary Collins Baugher joined CEEE in 2008, previously working for the University of Maryland as a writer for the Engineering Research Center and Assistant Director of Marketing for the Office of Continuing and Extended Education.  She also has many years of experience working in nonprofit and higher education as an administrative and public relations professional.  A veteran, she served for 14 years in the medical and public affairs branches of the Army National Guard, and was the Public Affairs Officer for the Rhode Island National Guard during the Gulf War. Mrs. Baugher has a B.A. degree in Journalism from the University of Maine, and a graduate certificate in Mulitmedia Journalism from the University of Maryland.  At CEEE she manages the website and public relations, edits manuscripts and papers, coordinates events, and handles administrative duties.  She also serves as Managing Editor for ASHRAE's Science and Technology for the Built Environment.
