DeAndre has over 3 years of marketing and communications experience. He has his undergraduate degree in Marketing from the University of Baltimore. DeAndre focuses on brand development, marketing outreach and social media engagement. Along with his marketing skills he has over 3+ years of experience in organizational leadership, budget management, and building efficient, productive teams. He is an expert in reducing costs, increasing performance, and delivering quality outcomes for multiple projects. Proactive leader skilled in fostering positive morale, providing development opportunities, and identifying intrinsic motivators for positive reinforcement. Adept in developing and implementing best practices, processes, and procedures that drive performance and overall quality improvements.  

DeAndre focuses on the core development for the Center of Risk and Reliability.  He works heavily on brand visbility for the department, while also enganging and working with External Affairs to assit in engaging with current and future Alumni's. He runs the daily operations for our department and the communications aspect, updating websites, creating graphic designs and working with the Director and student's of CRR on engaging with external collegues to showcase CRR.
