Greg Teitelbaum, B.S. ‘07 & M.S. '09

Greg Teitelbaum is Vice President of Land and Maritime Sensors in the Mission Systems sector at Northrop Grumman. He oversees a portfolio of RF, bio-detection, and electro-optical sensors supporting C4ISR missions for land and maritime forces. Key programs include G/ATOR and SEWIP Block 3.

Previously, Greg was Director of the Maritime Electronic and Information Warfare Operating unit and served as Program Director for COLUMBIA Propulsion and Philadelphia Production. Since joining Northrop Grumman in 2009, he has held various leadership roles in program management, operations, and engineering.

Greg holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Monica Watkins, B.S. ‘94

Monica Watkins is a career professional in the fields of engineering, energy, business, finance, construction, and housing operations. In 2006, Ms. Watkins joined the Housing Authority of Baltimore City (HABC) and successfully established the first ever Energy Department within the agency.

Since June 2021, Ms. Watkins has been Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at HABC. She leads over 400 team members in the daily execution of HABC’s mission to create and provide quality affordable housing opportunities in sustainable neighborhoods for the people HABC serves.

Will Majette, B.S. ‘01

William C. Majette is the Senior Director of Engineering for the Intelligence and Cyber sector within Space and Airborne Systems (SAS) at L3Harris Technologies. SAS delivers cutting-edge mission solutions across space, airborne, ground, and maritime domains for defense, intelligence, and commercial applications.

A proud University of Maryland alumnus, William earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and currently serves on the A. James Clark School of Engineering’s Board of Visitors. His unwavering commitment to the Department of Mechanical Engineering’s student organizations is evident in his continued support of the Terps Racing team, where he recently helped secure a new trailer for their competitions.
